Case Management  
     
  Our overall approach to case management is to focus our efforts on assessing clients' unique circumstances, finding and linking them to available resources, and guiding them through what can be a complex process to a desired outcome. The understanding is that we are here to shed light on your challenges, serve and manage your needs, and find solutions. We provide guidance through the building of relationships, finding specific information, and the development of comprehensive plans of action and useful skills that address a number of issues that children, families, and/or their legal, mental health and educational professionals face. The following case management services are offered by our agency:

Litigation Support Cases - assist lawyers by managing their clients' through the legal process, gathering evidence, helping them make decisions, and take actions that postively affect the outcomes of their case.

Family Law Cases - use our extensive knowledge/experience in family, mental health, and legal systems to assist clients and their legal representatives through divorce, custody, adoption, visitation, clinical treatment, drug and alcohol, and abandoment, abuse and neglect issues as they relate to the family court process.

Dependency Cases - use our extensive knowledge/experience in the dependency, social services, and mental health systems to assist families and attorneys through the court dependency process. This includes the focus on mediation and decision-making as the case unfolds and written reports and testimony that describe the case in detail for the courts.

Mental Health Cases - perform in-home assessments, look for a possible or existing psychiatric diagnosis and then link services and create a workable treatment plan that matches a family's specific circumstances and financial situation.

Domestic Violence Cases - assist families who are experiencing abuse, abandonment and neglect and help find and implement mental health and legal services and support to protect themselves and their children.

Addiction and Recovery Cases - assist with locating services and support for family members suffering from addictions to drugs and alcohol and for those members of the fanmily who are affected and in need of guidance.

Special Education Cases - assess a child's challenging behaviors at school and in the home to determine if he or she meets the special eduction criteria then help the family initiate the IEP process, link them to available services, and develop the necessary emotional and behavioral skill sets and treatment plan that helps a child succeed.
