Katy
  Katy Gaddess, Co-founder and Director of Investigations, earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology. She is a licensed Private Investigator and Marriage and Family Therapist who has over ten years of experience working with abused and neglected children and their families as a Social Worker for Child Protective Services and in Mental Health for Santa Barbara County and the city of San Francisco. Katy has testified as an expert witness in several dozen Juvenile/Dependency and Family Court cases and managed hundreds of children and families in and through the Social Service, Mental Health, and Legal systems. She currently focuses solely on investigating and consulting Court Appointed and Private Family Law cases. The roles of Social Worker and Clinician for a diverse range of challenging and complex cases has made Katy into a highly skilled Lead Investigator, Clinician and Consultant inspiring her to start this Agency.  
   
   
   
   
   
         
 
Jeff
  Jeff Gaddess, Co-founder and Director of Operations and Case Analysis, earned a M.A. in Organizational Management and a Ph.D. in the field of Depth Psychology. He has over fifteen years of experience with individual, behavioral and systems case analysis in the Residential Treatment, Mental Health, Legal and Business sectors. During this time he has worked as a Manager, Director, Consultant, Trainer and Mediator for Businesses, Corporations, Residential Treatment Programs, Medical/Psychiatric Services for Special needs and At-Risk Populations. His current focus is as a Consultant, Investigator, Case Manager, Mediator and Analyst for Dependency and Court Appointed Family Attorneys and as a Private Personal/Professional Consultant/Coach. His Ph.D. dissertation is an indepth analysis of how Residential Treatment, Social Services, Mental Health/Diagnostic Psychiatry and Legal systems intersect and affect Clients, Caregivers and Professionals in these fields. Jeff continues to seek answers and solutions for the challenges that so many individuals, children and families confront through the work of this agency.
